Our delicious sauce stems from a unique recipe created by the Dalia family and has been passed down for generations.  

Originally from southern Italy, the Dalia family settled in Poughkeepsie, NY and has been in the food industry for over 70 years. 

We wanted to bring our customers a sauce that they can enjoy with their family and friends in their own homes simply by opening a jar!
